Meet the Founder

Hi, I’m Jordan — the founder of REPS Athletic Performance. With a background as a collegiate soccer player and a lifelong connection to sports, I’ve dedicated over a decade to training youth and competitive athletes.

 

I began my journey as an athletic training student, where I gained hands-on experience in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance optimization. That foundation sparked my passion for movement science, sports metrics, and long-term athletic development. I’m committed to helping athletes not only reach optimal performance but move better and stay healthy.

 

I hold an Associate of Science in Kinesiology and continue my education with certifications including ISSA Strength & Conditioning Coach (ISSA-SSC), NASM Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT), and CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (L1). I also have practical experience with the Functional Movement Screen (FMS), allowing me to assess and correct imbalances that can hinder performance or lead to injury.

 

At REPS, which stands for Resilience, Excellence, Passion, and Success, I’m passionate about creating inclusive, developmentally sound programs for athletes of all levels who are chasing their dreams.
